The end of Fringe Swap Shop is an opportunity to pass on unwanted props, furniture and costumes to other Fringe artists who may get use from them. Every Fringe, tonnes of items go to the bin when they could be reused elsewhere or recycled. Swap Shop is essentially a free rummage sale – bring what you have, take what you want! About the show

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society hosts Artist Event: Swap Shop at Event Space — a free rummage sale for Fringe artists at the end of the Fringe. Artists are invited to bring unwanted props, furniture and costumes, and take whatever they can use. Every Fringe, tonnes of items go to the bin when they could be reused elsewhere or recycled. No registration is required to attend. The event runs for 360 minutes and is open to all Fringe artists aged 16 and above.
