Acts of Kindness is a docudrama by the University of Redlands, performed at theSpace @ Venue 45 at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Inspired by interviews conducted in El Paso, Texas, after a mass shooting that claimed the lives of twenty-three innocent people, the play grapples with gun control, the divided political landscape of the USA, and the ongoing issue of immigration in America. Told through a multitude of different characters, it is a tribute to the victims and survivors, and a cautionary tale about gun violence. The show runs for 90 minutes and carries an age guidance of 14+.
