Something's wrong with Becca. Like really wrong. She's left with little choice over what to do. With last night's house party raging outside the door, Faye and Georgie must decide how to care for their friend and how much they're willing to lose. A 'must-see show' (The Student). 'A true theatrical gem' (List). 24Weeks explores a not-so-distant UK transformed by anti-abortion politics. When choice is criminalised, we are left with no option but to make villains of ourselves. To make villains of those we love.

About the show

This drama by Tatty Pants Theatre Company explores a not-so-distant UK transformed by anti-abortion politics, where choice has been criminalised. Becca is in trouble, and her friends Faye and Georgie must decide how far they will go to care for her — facing a situation in which there is no clean answer. Set against the noise of a house party raging outside the door, the play looks at what it means to make villains of ourselves and those we love. It runs for 60 minutes at Nip and carries multiple content warnings.

Why see this show?

A tense, politically charged new play that makes a speculative premise feel entirely believable — and raises questions its audience will carry home. Urgent new writing in a small venue.
